The service charges, administrative fees, and handling costs collected by Tigers Trail Safari for managing tour plans and booking support are non-refundable once the administrative process has been initiated or completed on behalf of the client.
Hotel and Third-Party Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds for hotel reservations, resort stays, and vehicle provisions are strictly governed by the individual policies of the respective accommodation providers or transport operators. We will pass on refunds received from these third-party suppliers to the client after deducting any applicable administrative processing charges.
